On October 31, 2024, Nuanu Creative City officially launched The Collection, featuring six luxury freehold villas in collaboration with 618 Development. With an expected completion by Q1 2026, the villas offer a sophisticated blend of modern design and Bali’s serene natural beauty, crafted from premium materials such as teakwood, marble, and black granite.
Each villa, occupying 490 square meters on 5-are (500m²) freehold land, provides permanent ownership in an exclusive location. Nuanu also looks to expand opportunities for Indonesian and foreign investors. Priced at around Rp15 billion (US$1 million), these villas ensure privacy and access to the wellness, education, and cultural amenities within Nuanu Creative City.

On October 12, 2024, Nuanu Creative City hosted SAMANA Bali 2024, Bali’s largest family festival, bringing families together for a full day of creativity, connection, and fun. The event featured immersive workshops, performances, games, and artistic activities designed for children of all ages.
With designated zones for Kindergarten, Elementary, and Middle School children, each age group experienced tailored activities while parents enjoyed dedicated relaxation spaces. Family-friendly food stalls and on-site medical support ensured comfort throughout the day.

On September 28, 2024, Nuanu Creative City unveiled the Tri Hita Karana (THK) Tower, a stunning 30-meter structure designed by architect Arthur Mamou-Mani. Built with reclaimed rattan and ironwood from an abandoned railway bridge, the THK Tower stands as a tribute to Bali's Tri Hita Karana philosophy, which promotes harmony between people, nature, and the divine.
By day, visitors enjoy sweeping views of Nuanu's landscape, while by night, an AI-powered multimedia show brings the tower to life, with daily-changing visuals that explore themes of spirituality, nature, and human connections. Developed by DELIVERED., the 11-minute immersive experience allows guests to interact and contribute their personal expressions.
The THK Tower continues to draw visitors, embodying Nuanu's commitment to sustainable design and blending cultural heritage with innovation. It’s a must-visit, representing the intersection of art, nature, and technology.
